Vice-Mayor of Santa Giustina with our group

Marco Perale (our local friend of the 337th and guide) arranged for us to meet with the vice-Mayor of Santa Giustina. The 337th marched thru Santa Giustina on their way to Belluno as the war came to an end and the official German surrender occured on May 2, 1945.
